Mentoring Skills Development E-Learning Program
We are excited to announce the launch of the Mentoring Skills Development E-Learning Program as part of the CAMINO Program!
The Mentoring Skills Development E-Learning Program is a 2.5 hour asynchronous online program available through the CEPD Learning Hub. The program consists of six modules supporting mentors developing skills in: active listening, building the mentor-mentee alliance, effective communication, providing feedback, and responding to discord in the mentee-mentor relationship. This e-learning program is a supplement to the synchronous in-person component of CAMINO; however, it is open to any faculty member interested in developing their mentorship skills. Interested NOSM U faculty can self-enroll and complete all e-learning modules at their own pace.
