The Mentorship Certificate is open to all faculty whether or not you are mentoring in The CAMINO program. It allows all faculty to build coaching and mentoring skills while receiving accredited CME. The NOSM U Mentorship certificate supports CAMINO’s goal of promoting a culture of mentorship and enhancing faculty development at NOSM University. The certificate acknowledges and rewards faculty who participate in the Education Series and the Mentoring Skills E-Learning Program and their commitment to improve their mentorship skills.

To be awarded a mentorship certificate, faculty members will be expected to:
• Complete the Mentoring Skills Development E-Learning Program, and
• Attend at least two of the three Education Series Sessions.

This e-learning program is a supplement to the synchronous in-person component of CAMINO; however, it is open to any faculty member interested in developing their mentorship skills. Interested NOSM U faculty can access and complete the e-learning modules through the CEPD Hub at their own pace.
