Discover this health literacy video series [in French only] for patients who will be undergoing heart surgery.
They are informative, easy to understand and have been designed and approved by a team of multidisciplinary researchers, a cardiac surgeon, a cardiologist, a family physician and a nurse.
These videos are the result of a funded research project obtained at the CNFS (Laurentian component), with the support of Health Canada.
