Material Retrieval Assistance
Library staff can retrieve material from the stacks for pick-up. Whenever possible, we ask that you provide a list of the books or items required in advance to askthelibrary@nosm.ca. Please include your campus location in your email.
Photocopying
Assistance with photocopying or scanning is available. Please ask at one of our Information Desks.
Accessible Formats
Requests for accessible versions of printed materials from the Library’s collection will be completed upon request to askthelibrary@nosm.ca. Please include as much information as possible, including call numbers.
Facilities
- The Health Sciences Library in Sudbury is located on the 1st floor.
- The Health Sciences Library in Thunder Bay is located on the 2nd floor and can be reached by elevator.
- Both libraries are equipped with automated door entry, and located in close proximity to barrier-free washrooms.
It is recommended that patrons with disabilities inform staff at the Information Desk of their presence and intended location so that assistance can be provided in case of emergency.
