A Message from the Program
We look forward to welcoming new residents to the Internal Medicine Program at the Northern Ontario School of Medicine. Our program provides residents with outstanding learning opportunities that very few programs offer elsewhere.Unique learning opportunities are afforded by the program's smaller size and distributed training model. Hands-on training, high-volume clinical exposures, and superior one-on-one preceptor support allow our residents to develop the necessary knowledge and clinical skills to become exceptional general internists, and also positions our residents well for those who wish to continue their education in other areas of IM subspecialty.
