Dr. Hayman’s academic and scholarly focus is in medical education and health advocacy, particularly teaching health advocacy to medical trainees. Dr. Hayman is developing curriculum for undergraduate and postgraduate students to formalize health advocacy skills training and improve residency training on the social determinants of health.
