Advocacy writing in medical education: A tool for engaging future health

Dr. Kate Hayman is currently staff in the emergency department at University Health Network. She completed her residency in emergency medicine at the University of Western Ontario. During her subspecialty year, she completed a master’s in public health with a focus on health in crisis and humanitarian assistance at Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health. In addition, she will complete the Master Teacher Program (MTP) in the Department of Medicine at the University of Toronto in 2017.
