Clinical Learning Liaisons – East

The Clinical Learning Liaison’s (CLL’s) are responsible for ensuring successful clinical education/learning experiences for learners, preceptors, clinical sites, and NOSM U’s distributed communities to strengthen the recruitment and retention of RS professionals for Northern Ontario.

Cindy Davis-Maille, MCl.Sc.

Cindy completed her Masters of Clinical Science in Communication Sciences and Disorders at Western University in 2001. Cindy is a Registered Speech-Language Pathologist and holds the rank of Lecturer with NOSM University.  In addition to her work at NOSM U, Cindy operates a private practice in the District of Timiskaming.

Kate Stadnyk OT Reg. (Ont.), MScOT, HBAKin

Kate graduated in 2003 from the University of Western Ontario with a Honors BA in Kinesiology.  She then went on to McMaster University graduating in 2005 with an M.Sc in Occupational Therapy with a focus in Northern Studies.  Kate practices in paediatrics in North Bay.

Jamie Trusler, PT, MPT

Jamie completed an undergraduate degree in Kinesiology at The University of Waterloo in 2007 and a Masters in Physical Therapy at Western University in 2010. After graduation he moved to Sudbury and worked privately for 6 years before taking a job in home care. He is currently a registered physiotherapist working for Home and Community Care Support Services Northeast. In his spare time he enjoys playing baseball and golf, and spending time outdoors with my wife and two children.
