- You require assistance navigating the various support services available to you
- You are facing personal issues or challenges in the University that are affecting your studies
- You have questions about your responsibility and rights as a NOSM U learner and more.

If you would like to change your appointment, you can simply cancel your current appointment from within the email confirmation you receive or from your Google Calendar. Revisit the Accessibility Advisor or your LAO’s schedule at the top of the page, and book another time slot.
I’m running late for an appointment. What do I do?
If you are running late for your appointment, it is best to contact the Accessibility Advisor or your LAO via phone or email and inform them in advance. Any appointment that is over 15 minutes late would be considered a no-show and automatically cancelled.

Are drop-ins still allowed?
Yes, you are very welcome to drop into the Accessibility Advisor or your LAO’s office anytime their doors are open.
I mistakenly booked an appointment with the wrong LAO.
