The following documents must be downloaded from your offer package, completed, and submitted to the Office of Admissions & Learner Recruitment by no later than TBD:

• E2025 UME Intake Form – Year 1 (online form)

Incoming UME students are required to pay a $1000 non-refundable tuition deposit. You will need NOSM University credentials in order to log in to pay your deposit. Your NOSM University credentials will be sent to you once the Office of Admissions & Learner Recruitment has received your completed UME Intake Form and UME Program Requirements Agreement form.

• Final Transcript Submission (if applicable – refer to offer of admission letter for academic conditions/requirements)
• Police Vulnerable Sector Check (VSC)
• Cultural Safety & Active Offer Training Certificates

The 1st installment of the full payment of your tuition is due August 15, 2025.

In order to complete clinical placements, you are required to upload the following documents to the VERIFIED platform by TBD:

• UME Learner Immunization Form

Your Access to VERIFIED: Log-in credentials to set up your VERIFIED account will be sent to the email that you have registered with OMSAS and received your offer package.

Electronic Virtual Review (EVR) with VERIFIED
You must schedule an EVR with VERIFIED to review all of your uploaded documents. The deadline to complete your EVR with VERIFIED is TBD.

EVRs book up quickly closer to deadline dates, so please ensure you schedule an EVR as soon as possible. EVRs cannot be completed until all required documents have been uploaded to the VERIFIED platform.

Initial Clearance Appointment:  no cost
Missed Appointment:  $49.50 + HST
Follow Up Appointment:  $10.00 + HST
