SENATE AND GOVERNANCE

This short online module aims to provide prospective and new Senators with information about Senate and academic governance at the NOSM University.

After completing this module, you will be able to:

identify NOSM University’s key governing bodies,
describe the Senate and what it does, your role and responsibility
prepare yourself to fully participate in Senate meetings, and
identify how University Secretary staff can support you as a Senator.

Please allow yourself at least 30 minutes to complete this module. The module does not need to be completed in one sitting. We ask that you complete the Name certification at the end so that we can celebrate with you when you have completed by sending you a certificate.
