Dr. Shane Szalai named NOSM University’s new Program Director, Family Medicine Enhanced Skills

NOSM University announces Dr. Shane Szalai as the incoming Program Director, Family Medicine Enhanced Skills. 

An alumnus of NOSM University’s MD and residency programs, Dr. Szalai serves patients in Greater Sudbury within the Long Lake Medical Group and at Health Sciences North. He holds several roles at NOSM University, including Assistant Professor, Assistant Site Director of Family Medicine in Sudbury, and Module Content Coordinator for Theme 5 Clinical Sciences in the MD program. 

Dr. Szalai’s appointment took effect on July 15, 2024.
